St. Mark’s Parish Life Team

Team Member

Responsibilities:

· Prepare food.

· Serve food.

· Set up and break down of tabletops.

· Purchase food (reimbursement is provided).

· Plan menus.

· Maintain equipment used by the Parish Life Ministry.

· Develop fundraising ideas.

· Carry out fundraising ideas.

· Manage Parish Life Ministry budget.

· Write Lion’s Tale articles.

Qualifications:

· Enjoys throwing a party.

· Doesn’t necessarily know how to cook, decorate, or clean but is willing to pitch in.

· Likes working as part of a team.

 

Time Requirements:

· Event participants don’t necessarily need to come to the monthly planning meetings.

· Volunteers don’t necessarily need to participate in all events.

· The Parish Life Ministry Team meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month.

· The typical length of commitment is 3 years.
